"Hot" Chocolate Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 3.8 oz box chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups cold 1% milk
1 cup frozen whipped topping
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or adjust to taste

PREPARATION:

In a medium bowl, add cinnamon and
cayenne pepper to the pudding mix and stir.
Add milk and mix with a wire whisk for 2
minutes. Fold in the frozen whipped topping
until well incorporated. Refrigerate for an hour,
or until chilled. Makes 12 2 oz servings, about
3 cups.
